Social Media & Content Associate

Responsibilities

• →Create engaging daily content for all Vauxmart social media platforms.
• →Design professional graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
• →Write compelling captions that educate, engage, and convert audiences.
• →Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• →Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• →Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms.
• →Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• →Respond professionally to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team where necessary.
• →Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas.
• →Ensure all content aligns with the Vauxmart brand identity.
• →Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and announcements.
• →Monitor content performance and prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports.
• →Suggest strategies to improve audience growth and engagement.

Requirements

• →Excellent written and spoken English.
• →Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• →Experience managing business social media accounts.
• →Good graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• →Ability to create short-form video content.
• →Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• →Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
• →Basic photo and video editing skills.
• →Good organizational and time management skills.
• →Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
